As a Revenue Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our revenue team, responsible for setting optimal prices for our rental assets and ensuring exceptional occupancy and profitability. Your expertise will directly impact our business's success, as you analyze market trends and apply your revenue management strategies.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize market data and analytics to set competitive pricing for our short-term rental properties.

  • Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and guest demand to stay ahead of the game.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience and property performance.

  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies.

  • Continuously optimize pricing and promotional offers to drive bookings and revenue.

  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or related fields, preferably in the short-term rental market.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technology for revenue optimization.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in pricing and financial reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.

The employment contract will be with the Bulgarian company LRC Bulgaria Ltd, a subsidiary of ALTIDO. Working time is 10 am to 7 pm
